Items purchased from COLD CULTURE must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging.
Exchange period: 30 days from receipt of the product
Return period: 15 days from receipt of the order
Purchases made on the website can be returned both online and at any of our physical stores (except El Corte Inglés). Purchases made in physical stores can only be returned to the corresponding store.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as it is not a refundable amount.
/ ONLINE RETURNS
Returns are available worldwide. Depending on your country of origin, you can:
1. Manage it through our partner courier (label generated via the returns portal). Eligible regions:
Spain – Iberian Peninsula: €4.90
Spain – Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €8.90
European Union: €12
USA & rest of international countries: €15–22 depending on the region. The package must be delivered to a FedEx office, or a home pickup can be arranged at no additional cost. Maximum of 15 days to drop off the item.

/ ONLINE EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available only for the following regions:
Spain – Iberian Peninsula: €2.95
Spain – Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €8.90
European Union: €5
USA & other eligible international countries
We will only accept one exchange per order. In Spain, it is possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not available in: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5 to 10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak periods, return processing times may vary slightly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Underwear is excluded from our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Cold Culture Gift Card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return. Items purchased with Gift Cards cannot be returned.
OUTLETS & POP-UPS
Items purchased during Pop Ups or in outlet stores will NOT be refunded. Only size or garment exchanges will be possible on the dates the pop-up is open.
